We supply an extensive range of locally sourced chicken, lamb, beef and pork, that where ever possible is also reared in free range. All our locally sourced meat is from farms with a long standing close affinity with their animals and who really believe in the principles of well cared for animals provide great tasting meat. Our locally source meat also offers excellent quality, great taste, peace of mind about where your meat is from and best of all fantastic value for money.

Blythburgh pork farm – Suffolk
Our free range pork is from the award winning herd of pigs raised on the sandy soils of Blythburgh on the Suffolk heritage coast.  These pigs really do lead an outdoor life and are reared in comfort and with care by Jimmy Butler, who set up the farm some 6 years ago. The taste of the pork produced this way is really something to experience and is as highly rated by our butchers for its value and flavour as it is by our customers. I personally have never tasted better.

Label Anglais free range chicken - Essex
We are delighted to offer truly free range chicken from S J Fredericks farm in Roydon, Essex.  These really are the best free range chickens available and you will no doubt understand why when you buy some,  but don’t just take our word for it, these birds are supplied to some of the top restaurants in the country and have won glowing praise from both Gordon Ramsey and Heston Blumenthal.  These birds are slow grown for extra flavour and are fully free range from 5 weeks old. No antibiotics are used and there are no artificial additives or colourings.  They are allowed to grow to full maturity which allows them to develop and fuller, tastier flavour.

How to order
To place an order, simply choose what you want from our Free Range Meat Price List and place an order. You can enter the items into the “extras” box on our order page or call us on 01277 890883.  All our meat is butchered to order at our premises by one of AGAP’s experienced butchers and we usually need 5 days notice to process and prepare your order. Please note that if you do require a quicker delivery we can often provide this so please call us to check. You can order your meat per pack or per kg.  We are also happy to discuss any special cuts or requirements you may have.

Minimum order value
For customers who have a regular veg box from us or order a veg box with your meat there is a minimum order value for meat of £20.00. If your meat order value is below £20.00 there is a £3.95 packing & delivery charge.
For customers who are ordering only meat there is a minimum order value of £40.00 for free delivery.  For orders under £40.00 there is a £3.95 packing & delivery charge.  So if you want to take advantage of free delivery at the lower minimum value then why not order one of our lovely organic veg boxes at the same time.  We will deliver our meat orders at the same time as our veg boxes so to see what day your delivery will be check out our delivery days page.
